Funeral services were held April 3 for William B. Rogers, 82. He died March 30 at Bayonne Medical Center. Born in Jersey City, he was a partner at Philip J. Healey Construction, Jersey City, for 40 years, retiring in 1992. He served in the U.S. Navy in WW II on a mine sweeper. He is survived by his wife, Lillian Reynolds Rogers. He was the father of Donna Williams, Susan Parisi and her husband, John, Cheryl Rogers-Pelayo and her husband, George, William Rogers and his companion, Brenda McDaniels; the brother of the late Ethel Geraghty and Harriet Szymanski; the grandfather of 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, and the uncle of many nieces and nephews. Services arranged by the Greenville Memorial Home, Jersey City.
