The Hoboken Historical Museum is charged with the important task of preserving and sharing the rich history of our city. Many of you have participated in the tremendous number of cultural programs and events the museum holds each year. Many of you know of the educational programs we provide to children from pre-school age through high school.
On Saturday, April 25th, we will be holding our annual fund-raiser. This year it is more critical than ever that we support institutions such as this, as grants and foundations reduce their funding. So mark the date on your calendar, and come join us for “The Great Hoboken Auction.”
The auction will be an evening of fun and a great treasure hunt, where you can bid on everything from a vacation in a ski condo out west to theater tickets, restaurant gift certificates, art, “hobokeniana” and lots more. Food and beverages will be available.
Donations of items for the auction are most welcome, as are volunteers to help us before, during and after.
