On Tuesday, March 10, 2009; husband of the late Alice (nee: Callahan); father of Isabel Soto, Nydia Serrano, Maria Soto, and Marta Perez; grandfather of three grandsons, two granddaughters, one great-grandson and one great-granddaughter; brother of the late Ismael Soto, Hilda Soto and Alba Freyre.
