Dear Editor:
Greetings! I am truly relieved that Zelda is fine and most appreciative of your mentioning my public service clearinghouse, www.StreetZaps.com. Just a minor point, I hosted a commemorative for Celia Sing whose beloved Husky, Sebastian, was electrocuted in May in Long Island City. And while I commend all mitigation efforts and especially sweeps, contact voltage is errant and may not be discernible during inspections.
To date, the best year round defenses against shockings are vigilance and avoidance. StreetZaps will be mapping Miami next as The Sunshine State has the highest national incidents average culminating in June. Further, our electrical collaborators fully anticipate more summer than winter episodes in the years ahead; so please prevail on your readers to be as alert as possible.
Thank you for informing your readers, and I am relieved the story had a happy ending.
In appreciation and with best regards.
