To the Editor:
On Feb. 21, Bayonne students did an outstanding job at the Super Saturday Boys’ and Girls’ Basketball Championship Games. I would like to congratulate the boys and girls on Bayonne High School’s teams, the Bayonne girls on Holy Family Academy’s team, and the Bayonne boys on St. Peter’s Prep’s team.
I would like to commend all four teams that include Bayonne residents for their outstanding showings at this event, which was sponsored by the Hudson County Interscholastic Athletic Association.
I look forward to the future success of Bayonne’s student athletes in the future, whether they play for Bayonne High School or the Catholic schools here in Hudson County.
