A funeral service was held Feb. 27 for John F. O’Hanlon, 88. He passed away Feb. 23 at the Veterans Hospital in West Palm Beach, Fla. He was born and resided in West New York. He was a welder with the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Bayonne local, and later was a teacher at the Hudson County Schools of Technology in North Bergen. A WW II Army veteran, he was a member of the White Beeches County Club in Haworth and the Cliffside Park Mens Club. He is survived by his sons, Chuck O’Hanlon and his wife Barbara, and John O’Hanlon and his wife Ruberta; his siblings Gerry, Robert and Joseph O’Hanlon, and four grandchildren. Services arranged by the Vainieri Funeral Home, North Bergen.
