RUGGIERO, VINCENT. Funeral services were held Jan. 15 for Vincent Ruggiero, 73. He died on Jan. 12 at the Jersey City Medical Center. Born in Jersey City, Mr. Ruggiero was a lifelong resident and a retired self-employed businessman. He was a veteran of the US Marine Reserves, a member of the Jersey City Moose Lodge as well as a Jersey City Committeeman, Wayne St. Block Association leader and longtime communicant of St. Aedan’s Church in Jersey City. Survivors include his wife Irene, and daughter, Estelle Petrina, and two sons, Vincent J. and John Ruggiero; a sister, Mary Sarno and a brother Thomas Critelli, and four grandchildren.
