The Three Seasons Chamber Music Series presents The Waterville Trio, including two New York Philharmonic string players and a world-class pianist, performing Franz Schubert’s Trio in E-flat major, Claude Debussy’s Sonata for Violin and Piano, and Sergei Rachmaninov’s Trio No. 1 in G minor, on Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. at the Community Church of Hoboken, 606 Garden St. in Hoboken. The Kennedy Dancers offers dance classes, beginning the first week in January through the last week in February. The eight-week classes are $100, to benefit the non-profit Kennedy Dancers, which performs throughout Hudson County. Classes include Latin, Belly Dancing, Hip Hop, Ballroom, Ballet, Salsa, and more. The Hob’art Cooperative Gallery presents “Our Hoboken,” a show of small works of art inspired by the city of Hoboken, at Sovereign Bank, 86 River St. in Hoboken, through Feb. 14. “The Painting Experience” with Stewart Cubley is an instructional workshop that explores the creative spirit by emphasizing the creative process rather than painting technique.
