SHEPPARD, MICHAEL A. Services for Michael A. Sheppard, of New York City, were held Dec. 3 at Fallon Funeral Home, Jersey City. He died Nov. 27 at New York Hospital. Born in Hoboken, he lived in Jersey City for 30 years before moving to New York City 20 years ago. He was an office manager for Cartridge Harvest, New York City, for the past five years. Survivors include two brothers, Richard and Paul.
