Dear Editor:
Early last month we were invaded by illegal aliens who invited themselves to New Jersey via Newark Liberty International Airport. There were 158 unwelcome arrivals most of whom came from Mexico.The Garden State has become a haven for illegals ever since October 3, 2003, when Governor McGreevey, Senator Jon Corzine and Representative Robert Menendez allowed thousands of undocumented illegal aliens to demonstrate in Liberty State Park. Had they all been rounded up and deported at this time, it would not be necessary to put up with this nonsense right now.
National security should be the first priority of our government officials because we all know there are terrorists out there who would like to remove all Americans from the face of this earth. As we are not going to include Canada and Mexico in our plan to fingerprint and photograph all entries into the U.S.A., I’m afraid the above two countries will become the welcome mat for those who aim to destroy us.
Before we can be absolutely positive our system is secure from future terrorist attacks, all illegal loopholes must be removed from every port of entry.
