Xanthi Music

Cool article on the studio Xanthi. I’ve lived in town for five years and I didn’t know about them. There are so many restaurants in town that you get lost in the shuffle of the culture and nice places that exist in town. Hoboken is certainly a great town. – Rob K.

Hoboken loves you too.

Movies

Thanks for promoting the local movies by local actors like Artie (Lange) and Bobby (Capelli). The premiere of Mail Order Bride was excellent (Nov. 17 in New York City). You should’ve been there. Check out the movie when you get a chance. – Lindsey T.

Several Hudsonites are making excellent films.

Win concert tickets

Last week’s winner, Will Krouslis, correctly answered: "Billy Joel," to last week’s question, "Who wrote the title track for the ’80s Rodney Dangerfield movie Easy Money?" Krouslis wins tickets to see The Greenhornes, The Detroit Cobras and The Witnesses at Maxwell’s in Hoboken on Nov. 21.

For your chance to win tickets to see Winfred E. Eye at Uncle Joe’s in Jersey City on Nov. 28, correctly answer the following question:

***In what movie does Joe Pesci play basketball in an inner-city?***

Email your answer to current@hudsonreporter.com attn: Concert tickets.
