Dear Editor:
The Mayor of Union City and the Commissioners should be commended for their leadership that they bring to the entire community.
This past February almost the entire state of New Jersey was left paralyzed by an enormous snow storm. The snow that fell on Union City was immediately removed, and residents were able to get around. City workers did an excellent job.
I, like many residents, invite people who live in other towns to visit our city so they can enjoy fine restaurants and affordable clothing stores.
The city of Union City is a city of progress. Today the city is no longer in a financial mess, like it was two years ago under a different local government.
