Dear Editor:
On behalf of the residents of Fox Hills Gardens, I want to thank Mayor David Roberts, Carmelo Garcia, Director of Human Services and Vincent Barbo, Director of Senior Services. These men and their assistants made arrangements for Hoboken’s seniors to attend a luncheon at the Hofbrau Haus and the Christmas Show in Radio City Music Hall at greatly discounted prices. Both events were very enjoyable, and we all had a great time.
Thanks also for the weekly bus service to the Newport Mall. We are also very appreciative of the efforts of Joan Markey who is the liaison between City Hall, the Multi Center and the residents of Fox Hills Gardens. She is doing a great job. Our thanks to all of you for your hard work on our behalf.
Our very best wishes for a happy, healthy Holiday Season to these dedicated, caring people and their families.
