Dear Editor:
On “Meet the Press” Tim Russert interrogates Democratic quests with great vim and vigor. The slanted questions are devised so as to entrap anyone who remains unwary.
Only a child would miss the obvious bias he shows when interviewing a Republican guest and the questions whose answers tend always to benefit that party. Only a fool would believe he is not promoting , Republicans, N.B.C and his own financial interests.
He enjoys the unwarranted prestige his title commands and continually misleads the citizens and country by that unfairness.
I never defend Democrats, Republicans or American right or wrong. Independent considerations should be the only criteria Mr. Russert has no such intention and “Meet the Press” leaves me with extreme nausea.
