Dear Editor:
I happened to see the televised Jersey City council meeting last night on Comcast television and I want to commend Harvey Smith and the council on the commitment both he and the council plan to make for the future of the new Liberty Animal Shelter, Jersey City’s Animal Shelter located at Liberty State Park.
In the words of the Grateful Dead, what a long, strange trip it’s been! But oh so worthwhile!
Thank you Mr. Smith and City Council.
