Dear Editor:
Butts here, butts there, butts everywhere. Any interest in a city-wide moratorium on throwing cigarette butts on the street? Some city (in Europe?) has instituted this. Smokers carry little tins in which they put out their cigarettes.
The sidewalks here are disgusting, especially when it rains. At the very best could people curb their butts, into the street?
