Do your own stuff on your own time!

Dear Editor:

Today is Social Security day, and I was at the post office on 64th Street, and there was a fire truck parked on the street with two fire fighters inside the truck and one inside the post office conducting business. I thought that the fire department can’t take a rig when they go shopping or do other things.

I was the seventh person, the first person was the fireman, and he had about a lot of things he had to do there. And at this post office there is only one person behind the counter. If the fire fighter had his rig parked outside then how come he did not go to the main post office and do his stuff there?

Also I think from now on if a fire fighter has to do shopping or do stuff at the post office, he should do it on his own time. Let’s say if there was a fire and they were late because this fireman was inside the post office doing his business.

So I ask you firemen, next month don’t do your business on a Social Security day.
