Dear Editor:
I fully agree with Mia Scanga CPA on her comments about the Passport Office in the Hudson County Courthouse. Just to get an application, you have to stand in line and listen while they process applicants. Why can’t they give us the form without falling in line. We pay so much money with their fees and they give us a hard time for 1 or 2 pages of form.
My friend asked for another form for her cousin and the lady replied that she has to get it herself. Application forms should be available to people who need it and not let us spend half of the day in their office to obtain it. I hope they will make some changes to improve their services. Thank you.
