Still There

I brought my three little children

To the top of the world one day

And showed them the wonders of freedom

To be found in the U.S.A.

I showed them the world

From the one hundreth and tenth story

While proudly above our heads

Flew, the ever present … OLD GLORY

From the city across the river

We watched them grow, so proud

And then … We watched them crumble and fall

Into, a deadly, ominous cloud

From two towers of shining strength

In seconds, To a huge urban tomb

But … Whatever evil, destroyed on that day

"Love, One day, Will make loom"

Our hearts and souls are bewildered

Due to the tragic loss of lives

By devils, that flew in our free air

Wielding hatred and razor knives

God and man must reunite

And battle side by side

To rid the world of such terror

And restore our nations pride

"And so my children, I say to you …

The Towers are really, still there

They will stand forever, in the eyes and hearts,

Of free people, Everywhere."
