Rather than pontificating on who I think should – and will – take home Oscars on Sunday night at the 73rd Annual Academy Awards, I decided to ask the Hoboken Fly Casters for their opinions. (For more information on the Hoboken Fly Casters, see p. 5). After sifting through some hilarious one-liners ranging from “I can’t vote for Judi Dench; she’s just too old,” to “Julia Robert’s breasts actually earned the award,” to (my personal favorite) “I think the volleyball in Cast Away acted the pants off Tom Hanks,” I was able to register some of their predictions. Here’s what Chris Clark, Rich Currie, and Steve Nicolai hope – and think – will happen Sunday night. – JS
