A cache of riches Small eatery boasts unique menu

Sienna, a restaurant located at the corner of Fourth and Bloomfield streets in Hoboken, has a menu with five appetizers, three salads, and 13 entrees – and every one sparkles with uniqueness.

There’s the grilled ostrich dinner, which offers a steak alternative that’s healthier and just as tasty. There are the adobo rubbed pork chops, and the risotto of shrimp, and pan seared Atlantic salmon, and mussels and calamari.

The appetizers are just as distinct – wild mushroom strudel, a fresh mozzarella and vegetable tower, an arugula and goat cheese salad.

Troy Montanez, who lives in Bayonne and grew up in Jersey City, opened the restaurant with co-owner Frank Logan of Bayonne six months ago. Montanez had worked in different restaurants in New York and New Jersey, including the Favia Lite caf
