Grateful for entertaining us during the holidays

Dear Editor:

On behalf of the patients and staff of the Bon Secours NJ Health System (St. Mary/St. Francis Hospitals & Franciscan Home & Rehabilitation Center), I would like to thank all those groups and individuals who visited and entertained during the holiday season. There were so many caring, loving groups and individuals who volunteered their time and talents to help make our patients’ stay in the hospitals a little more pleasant.

The Hoboken City Council, Hoboken Fire Department, Union City Police DARE Unit, Port Authority, Trust Company of NJ, Italian American Police Society, Mrs. DeGennaro’s 4th grade class from T.G. Connors School, Hudson School Choir, Hoboken High School Vocal Ensemble, Mustard Seed School Brownie Troop #2444, United Synagogue of Hoboken, All Saints Episcopal Day School Choir and Dance, Hoboken Catholic Academy Choir, Jesus the Lord Reigns, Porter Memorial Church, Kids in Jesus Name, Larry Losey and daughter, Hilda Mateo, Samantha Marie Cruz. Visits from these kinds of people not only cheered our patients, but brought joy to our staff as well, and we are grateful.
