I recently read an article you published about the new Director at the North Bergen Parking Authority, Mr. Joseph Muniz. I would like to write about my experience with him.
Recently, when I learned about the new resident parking plan being implemented, I called with a problem that I had regarding some of the criteria. After talking extensively on the phone with a woman at the Authority, who basically told me that no exceptions were being made under any circumstances, I wrote a letter addressed to Mr. Muniz. Less than a week later I had a reply to my letter, and a few days later, I had my permit.
I would like you to print this letter to let everyone in North Bergen know that the parking authority is in good hands. Thanks Mr. Muniz.
