Dear Editor:
As a resident of the ward over which Terry Castellano presides, I can say unequivocally that Terry has never shown impartiality in all matters concerning the council and the wards, and most of all, her cousin Mayor Anthony Russo! I’ve witnessed her breach of ethics consistently at the council meetings and in her mailings to residents of Marineview Plaza. She is an extension of anything Russo! A modern day Medici!
The first ward has suffered greatly because she was elected and then re-elected in 1999. We are a cramped, smog ridden ward in a city who views our portion of the city as development potential. Don’t forget she wanted an arena right here over the train shed.
